How long can I expect the diagnosis and repair process
For local customers bringing their device in person, service can usually be completed same day. Customers who ship their devices can expect their device back between 2-5 business days. Once the damamged device is in his hands, Joe the ‘iPod Surgeon’ can usually diagnose the problem within five minutes and repair the iPod within fifteen minutes.
Can the iPod Repair Clinic repair a device damaged by liquid?
Water damaged devices are taken on a case by case basis. Devices with liquid damage MUST be taken to the iPod Repair Clinic as soon as possible for repair. Devices that have been totally submerged in any liquid can not usually be repaired. Devices that have been damaged by liquids other than clean water (salt water, beverages, soaked by rain, etc.) usually can not be repaired.
How should I ship my device to the iPod Repair Clinic?
It is recommended to ship your device packaged in soft material with a tracking number. In addition, please email a Work Order Form which can be viewed here
. The iPod Repair Clinic offers a $6 charge for return shipping with 2-day delivery and tracking.
What forms of payment do you accept?

What happens if iPod services go unpaid?
Any service that goes unpaid for 30 days will be assessed $25 per month storage fees. After 60 days, we reserve the right to remove our own parts and recycle the remaining customer parts to recover our service charges.
